Purpose—Annual event to recognize sales associates
Location— Buffalo Convention Center, N.Y.
Duration—One evening, including a sit-down dinner, awards ceremony and celebration
Fun fact—The ballroom was transformed into a nightclub for dancing the night away.
Global Executive Kickoff
Size—100 global executive leaders
Purpose—Celebrate successes, share best practices and discuss key initiatives for the coming year
Location—Orange County, Calif.
Duration—Three days of general sessions and breakouts
Biggest challenge—Meeting space requirements and ensuring details communicated accordingly
Fun fact—At “game night,” executives had a chance to wind down, playing darts and Giant Jenga.
