For 17 years, eGroup has grown their services business by nurturing client relationships. One way they celebrate those relationships is by hosting an annual Spring Oyster Roast. As more local food vendors, breweries and other activities were added to the mix, the event grew too big for them to manage.
Word began to spread that the annual Spring Oyster Roast might be cancelled. Their Ingram Micro sales rep heard the news and suggested they contact Agency Ingram Micro’s Event Services Team. After an initial consultation, the Event Services Team stepped up and helped with planning, logistics, registration and artwork. They even designed a drip marketing campaign to get the word out and increase attendance.
With the Agency Ingram Micro Event Services Team doing all the heavy lifting, the people at eGroup were thrilled to see more people attend than ever before. Not only was it their best event to date, the positive feedback from clients let them know people were talking about it long after the Spring Oyster Roast was over.
