The Opportunity
After being in business for more than 30 years as Northwest Computer Support, this Seattle-based solution provider grew to three offices following a strategic acquisition of a Portland-based company. They consolidated the two companies into one new brand, BlackPoint IT Services. The name demonstrated their evolution from a computer repair shop to a best-in-class professional IT services company without geographic limitations. The next logical step was to develop the new brand.

The Approach
AIM consulted with BlackPoint on a full-blown brand-identity refresh to launch the newly united company. We armed BlackPoint with a new visual corporate identity and strategic-messaging platform. We also created a full range of print and digital sales and marketing vehicles – including an all-new web site – associate training materials, corporate apparel and promotional items, and a corporate brand style guide. We even helped them prepare for their launch party.

With the brand identity and tools they need to live and communicate cohesive company values, BlackPoint now represents its brand—internally and externally—with a singular voice.
