The Opportunity
Growing to prominence in the New Jersey metro area with branding that the company developed in 1997, Exigent recognized it was time to evolve its brand in sync their rising success. This was especially critical, because they had more ambitious growth plans on the horizon, and wanted a brand that accurately reflected their value to the marketplace.

The Approach
AIM worked closely with Exigent to develop a comprehensive brand refresh strategy. It began with a top-to-bottom brand assessment and then moved to more than 20 hours of key customer and stakeholder interviews. We distilled this information into a strategic brand messaging platform that became the foundation for their visual identity and sales and marketing vehicles. Exigent received a new logo, tagline, corporate ID design system, collateral templates and a brand style guide.

The Result
Equipped with brand messaging tools to help them effectively communicate their value externally (and internally), Exigent now projects a cohesive, sophisticated image to their target market. Exigent has expanded to a multistate operation, and is now poised to become the dominant IT provider in the New York and New Jersey regions.
